To begin, you have two convenient options: schedule a brief 15-minute phone call to get acquainted with our services or book a comprehensive Life and Legacy Planning Session. Both options are designed to provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions about your family’s future.
Schedule Your Appointment
To schedule your Life and Legacy Planning Session, please call us at (480) 999-4455. We are available for appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with flexible evening and weekend options to suit your busy schedule. During this 2-hour session, we will work closely with you to evaluate your current plans and create a personalized strategy to safeguard your family and assets. The fee for this session is $750, which will be applied to your estate planning costs if you choose to proceed with our services. Should you need to cancel within one week of your appointment, a fee may be charged if you do not reschedule within 30 days. Preparation for Your Session
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a Family Wealth Inventory & Assessment and other important documents. Please complete and return the Family Wealth Inventory & Assessment at least 3 days before your session to avoid rescheduling. If you have existing estate planning documents, ensure they are sent to us at least one week in advance for review.
What to Expect
On the day of your Life and Legacy Planning Session, plan to spend up to 2 hours with us. This meeting serves two purposes: to determine if our services align with your needs and to educate you about the legal implications of your current or non-existent plan. Together, we will identify what changes you want and design a plan to achieve your goals.
Next Steps
Following your session, you will meet with our Customer Service Director to review your assets and ensure proper titling for maximum protection. A follow-up meeting will be scheduled in approximately 4 weeks to finalize and sign your planning documents. We offer complimentary updates to your documents for 90 days post-signing and provide ongoing support for any questions that arise.
Continued Support
After completing the planning phase, we enter the maintenance phase, where we review your plan every three years and keep you informed about relevant legal changes. For those in our Family Wealth VIP Membership programs, we offer annual plan reviews and additional valuable services. Our commitment to you includes unlimited phone, fax, and email support at no additional charge.
